COVID19 Personal Response - Power of the Heart - Colossians 3: 12 - 14

Do not allow the media to program you to think that this moment is a life threatening crisis.

A virus is not a conscious being, it is not alive. The lowest level of consciousness of any being on the planet is a bacteria. A virus does not have a consciousness, it does not have life energy; it is merely a sack of information that survives by invading a living conscious being (a cell).

In the case of the virus that causes COVID-19 it is a sack of RNA. On the outside of the sack it has sticky things that attach to cells. Think of the sticky things like velcro that has a specific locking mechanism. It only attaches to cells that match that locking mechanism.

Once it is able to attach, an enzyme dissolves a small hole in the cell membrane. This break in the cell’s protection allows the viral RNA to enter the cell.Once inside the living cell the viral RNA uses the mechanisms of the living cell to replicate the viral RNA.

As the viral RNA is replicated certain first line defenders that are part of the body’s initial immune system recognize something in the system that does not have the life energy. The life energy of the army of immune cells is activated immediately to quarantine and attack the virus that is now replicating and expanding its territory. The most important and effective foot soldier in the battle is the NK cell (natural killer).

When the heart rate variability is erratic, the electromagnetic field of the heart sends a signal of fight or flight. This mechanism suppresses the immune function, particularly NK cells. The chronic emotions of fear, anger, guilt, shame, pride, desire create and maintain an erratic heart rate variability.

On the other hand, positive emotions like, affirmation, trust, optimism, forgiveness, understanding, reverence and joy maintain a smooth heart rate variability that signals the cells of the body including NK cells to replicate and perform their job at peak performance.

Viruses have no life energy; they are not conscious beings. The power of life through consciousness has the ability to defend, defeat and remove the chemicals that depend on life to do one thing - replicate. You have the power through your heart to prevent and eradicate viral replication.

Final word.

We have known about positive emotions and the effect on heart rate variability and the Power of the Heart for thousands of years:

Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved,

heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,

bearing with one another and forgiving one another …

And over all these put on love, that is, the bond of perfection.

And let the peace of Christ control your hearts,

the peace into which you were also called in one body.

And be thankful. -- Colossians 3:12-14

Naturopathic Medicine: Mindfulness for Health and Well-being

According to the article "Naturopathic Medicine: Top Ten Tips" , it is recommended that mindfulness is expanded by practicing meditation and/or contemplation. The underlying purpose of mindfulness is to become aware of feelings. Feelings are the driver of our behavior, the source of either health or dis-ease. While both mindful tools increase awareness, it is important to know the difference between meditation and contemplation. Meditation means to sit-down in a quiet place and become the focus of awareness of the mind. To witness the mind as a phenomenon without identifying with its activity. Meditation is an activity that is carved out for a specific time outside normal daily routine. By comparison, contemplation is a way a being throughout the normal activities of the day. The feeling or affirmation is set by intention at the beginning of the day and is held in mind with focus throughout the day. Contemplation doesn't disrupt the daily activity. It enhances life expe
Purpose of Earthly Life - A New Species We are all here to evolve; some just do it faster than others. Today, we need a special kind of leader. Someone who is grounded in Truth and will empower people to achieve a higher good. We have seen these leaders in the past: Signers of the Declaration of Independence, Winston Churchill, Mahatma Ghandi, and Martin Luther King. What if this leadership emerged at the local level? Where a groundswell of self-empowerment emerges from communities and grows through the states and nation. What is the higher Truth? This question is easily answered by a simple muscle test, sometimes referred to as kinesiology. There are thousands of people throughout the world who are familiar with the technique, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work for the masses. So, is there a well-tested, successful approach to a higher Truth. The answer can be found in the 12 steps of AA. In the first step, we recognize that we alone cannot solve our deep problems without the
